Lettuce and Shrimp Wonton

Chop pork into minced meat, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, mix well, and stir clockwise for one minute.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper in one hand, and add some meat filling with chopsticks in the other hand. Use the hand holding the wonton wrapper to pinch it. The chopsticks quickly pull out and the wonton wrapper is packed.

Wrapped wontons.

Clean the dried shrimp skins and put them in a casserole, add ginger slices and some water to a boil.

Add the wonton when the water is boiling.

Cook until the wonton noodles, add lettuce, and boil again for proper seasoning.
Tips:
1. Salt is added to the meat filling, so pay attention to the final seasoning.
