Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Prepare the ingredients, wash the garden lettuce, peel it and soak it in salt water for 3-5 minutes to remove pesticide residues, then tear off small pieces, and mince garlic cloves for later use.

Add enough water to the pot to boil. When the water is boiled, add the lettuce. Turn off the heat immediately. Stir the lettuce in the water and remove the cold water.
