Light Tonic in Autumn——【sesame Crispy Duck】

Wash shiitake mushrooms, carrots, eryngii mushrooms, and bamboo shoots, and shred. Pour oil into the pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, change it to medium heat. Add shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Then add shredded carrots, shredded bamboo shoots and shredded pleurotus eryngii.
