A very tasty soup.
Loofah is soft, seafood mushrooms are crispy, and ham is fragrant.
It’s too convenient to use a microwave oven, and there is no need to wash the pot.

Loofah and Mushroom Soup

1. Wash the ingredients, cut the loofah into small long slices, and shred the ham

2. Put a little oil in the cooking bowl, add shredded green onions, and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. I use Tupperware boxes

3. Put in all the ingredients

4. Add appropriate amount of water, five spice powder and salt

5. Close the lid, open the vent on the lid, and put it in the microwave

6. Select the default firepower, adjust the time to 10 minutes

7. For the prepared soup, open the lid, add a few drops of sesame oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onions

8. The soup is delicious

Tips:

Without too much seasoning, the soup itself is delicious.
This recipe uses a Midea microwave oven, the model is EG720KG3-NR1, the capacity is 20L, and the power is 700W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave oven.
