Loofah Meat and Gluten

1. Ingredients: loofah.

2. Oil gluten.

3. Minced meat.

4. Add some cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and mixed oil to the minced meat.

5. Season to mix well.

6. Then, take the oily gluten and dig a small hole, stuff in the minced meat, set aside.

7. Peel the loofah and wash it.

8. Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

9. Next, put the oily gluten stuffed with minced meat into the pot, add some water to boil, and cook for three minutes.

10. Then, put in the cut loofah and flip it.

11. Finally, add some salt and MSG.

12. Stir the seasoning well and serve.
