Loofah Meatball Soup

Wash the pork, stir into minced meat, add salt, chicken essence, white pepper, and ginger, wash, smash, add to the minced meat, mix well.

Make meatballs by hand.

Wash the loofah and cut into small pieces.

Turn on high heat, add bone broth to the wok, add shredded ginger, and bring to a boil.

Put it into a bowl, wash the shallots, cut into chopped green onions, and add to the bowl.
