Add half of the scallion to the pork, put it in a wall breaker and beat into meat, put the other half of the scallion in a pot with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, boil until it zooms, filter out the scallion oil

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and scallion oil to the minced meat and lotus root granules. Stir well

Boil water in a pot, add the wontons when the water is boiled, add the rapeseed after boiling, order the water twice until the wontons are cooked

Put 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, mature vinegar, spicy oil in a bowl, add chopped green onion, and the wontons after cooking and serve.
Tips:
Don’t put too little oil when making scallion oil, although I put 3 spoons, the last one I poured out was just over 1 spoon.
