Mango Chicken Wings

After the chicken wings are cleaned up, cut two knives on the back and put them in a plate.

Take a bowl and mix well with mango sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and pepper.

Pour into the chicken wings and marinate for 2-3 hours.

Put the oil in the pan to heat up, then add the chicken wings. Fry on medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the chicken wings are cooked through (can be simmered on low heat).

The fried chicken wings are served on a plate.

Strain the marinade, add a little salt, cornstarch water and a small amount of water to mix well to form a sauce.

Wash the pan, pour the sauce and boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Seasoning.

Pour the cooked juice on the chicken wings and sprinkle with red pepper diced.
