Mapo Tofu

Wash the tofu and cut into cubes

Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, add bean paste, red hot pepper, Chinese pepper, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine, ginger, green onions and fry until fragrant, then add a small amount of water to boil.

Add the tofu and cook for 2 minutes, then bloom the sweet potato starch to thicken. It's done! It's simple! Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add more pepper, or sprinkle with pepper powder after the pot is finished. Or you can use hot pot ingredients to stir fry and boil it in water to thicken it. It is definitely a simple dish. Because I don't have meat, I didn't add meat. Generally, you can sauté minced pork belly and then add all the seasonings.
