Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes and soak in brine for ten minutes.

The pork is chopped into minced meat.

Heat the pot, add the minced meat, add garlic slices, chili, stir fry a few times, add a spoonful of soybean paste and a spoonful of Pixian Douban, stir-fry and add some water (preferably chicken broth or bone broth). Add tofu and simmer for ten minutes, then add salt, chicken essence, chili powder, water starch, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander before serving.
