Marinated Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet, cut off your fingertips, and soak in the rice water, or you don’t need the rice water

Put the chicken feet in a pot of water, boil, remove the foam, wash the boiled chicken feet and set aside

Put the chicken feet in the brine, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook slowly
