Marinated Noodles
1.
Wash the meat and vegetables.
2.
Cut tomatoes into cubes, dice pork, beans, peppers, and potatoes, and shred carrots and cucumbers. Beat the eggs. (The potato must be soaked in water, it will change color if it is not soaked)
3.
The soy oil I used, because the original hot soy oil ran out, so I put it in the pot a lot this time. Add green onion, ginger and star anise after heating. When the green onion and ginger are fried, remove it with the star anise.
4.
I fried the diced meat by the way.
5.
The diced meat is out of the pot. (Speaking of this diced meat, I marinated it with salt, chicken essence, starch, and oil)
6.
Add a small amount of oil to fry the eggs.
7.
I make tomato marinade by adding tomatoes directly after the eggs are cooked and sautéing them over high heat. Add salt, chicken essence and cook.
8.
The following is the beans. Add the bottom oil and pour the diced meat into the pot.
9.
Add the diced beans, a little vinegar, and some light soy sauce. Add salt and seasoning with chicken essence.
10.
Out of the pot (I added some water to the beans, I'm afraid they won't be cooked. It feels a bit stewed)
11.
The last one is the hot potato. This step is like 8
12.
Stir fry with diced peppers
13.
Add diced potatoes
14.
Add oyster sauce and bean paste. Add chicken essence to the pan. (I didn’t add salt to this, the saltiness of bean paste and oyster sauce is enough)
15.
The finished picture of the three halogens.
16.
When the noodles are cooked, add the shredded cucumber and carrot. Three kinds of halogen, it looks okay!
