Marinated Tofu & Marinated Bean Knot & Marinated Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients: North tofu, eggs, tofu skin, chicken drumsticks.

Marinated ingredients: seasonings such as old soup, star anise, cinnamon, dried chili, Angelica dahurica, bay leaf and so on.

Wash the drumsticks and blanch them in water.

Cut the bean curd into wide strips.
5.
Cut the tofu skin into a knot.
6.
The eggs are cooked and peeled for later use.

Cut the tofu into large thick slices.

Put the cut tofu into the pan and fry until it is firm on both sides.

Put the blanched chicken drumsticks, tofu skin knots, fried tofu, and eggs into the pot. Add the old braised soup and all seasonings

Add salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.

Bring to a boil on medium heat and then change to slightly braised for 20 minutes and turn off the heat

Don't rush out the ingredients after turning off the heat, continue to soak them in the marinade, and just take them out when you eat them.
Tips:
1. It is best to use northern tofu. When frying, try to fry the tofu as long as possible. This will make small holes in the tofu, so that the soup will be easily absorbed when the tofu is re-marinated.
2. If there is no old soup, add more seasonings such as soy sauce and light soy sauce. (You can also go directly to the supermarket to buy old braised soup and braised meat packs, which is very convenient)
