Potatoes are national ingredients, no matter how they are made, they are very delicious. Steaming, stir-frying and boiling, it's omnipotent. My favorite is to mix potato shreds. Mashed Potato Shreds

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Peel the potatoes and shred them. Wash off the starch with too cold water.

3. Cut the green onions into thin strips, and use only the coriander leaves.

4. Bring water to a boil in the stockpot, add shredded potatoes and cook for half a minute.

5. Remove the cold water again and drain the water.

6. Add shredded potatoes, shredded green onions and coriander leaves, add sugar, salt and light soy sauce.

7. Add pepper oil.

8. Add small red oil.

9. Add sesame oil and salad oil to the wok, heat up and pour it on the potato shreds.

10. Mix well and you're done.

Tips:

1. Rinse the potato shreds with water to remove the starch, which will be more refreshing and crispy.
2. Adding a little sesame oil will give out the fragrance, and the cold dishes will be more delicious.
