Meat Buns

Knead the dough, add a pound of flour, add appropriate amount of water, and 5 grams of yeast. Stir the yeast with 30 degrees warm water before adding it to the flour.

Put the noodles in a pot with warm water for two hours.

Prepare the meat filling, add the half-fat pork with chopped green onion, ginger and shiitake mushrooms, add an appropriate amount of cornstarch and stir well.

The dough can be kneaded again until it is about twice as big as the original.

Put a small ball of bread with meat filling and wrap it into a bun.
6.
Steam in the pot, about 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat, depending on the size of the buns.
