Meatballs Tofu Shredded Lettuce Soup

Soak all the ingredients and buy tofu in water for about half an hour.

Eighth lean and two fat pork forelegs are chopped into minced meat (the white part is added and chopped together at the end), and some salt, soy sauce, and corn starch are added.

Stir evenly, and stir for a few minutes with the whisk and noodle function (you can also use chopsticks to stir clockwise until the pork is glued).

The tofu is carefully cut into filaments, and then soaked in water.

The lettuce is also cut into thin strips, and two slices of ginger are prepared.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a casserole over a low heat, add ginger slices, and squeeze the meatballs in when the water is warm.

Turn to medium heat and cook the meatballs until they become noodles.

Add the shredded tofu and continue to cook for a few minutes after boiling.

Sprinkle shredded lettuce at the end and add some salt after it is boiled.
Tips:
1. Be sure to stir the minced meat until the gelatin is formed, so that the cooked meatballs are firm.
2. Be careful when cutting shredded tofu.
