Microwave Chicken Wings

Ingredients: 1 catty chicken wings, 2 potatoes, 6 to 7 mushrooms, a spoonful of sugar, a little cooking wine, appropriate salt, 1 teaspoon of oil, 20 ml of soy sauce, I use Haitian, appropriate amount of shallots, green onions, ginger

The microwave oven I use is an ordinary microwave oven. If it is a frequency conversion, the effect may be better. It will be better to use a microwave special basin with less soup, and it can dissipate the air with a lid. If not, you can use the plastic wrap available in the microwave to wrap the basin and prick a few eyes to get out of breath.

Add salt and cooking wine to the chicken wings, add chopped green onion and ginger, and marinate. It can be marinated for half an hour, 1 hour, 2 hours, long time will be delicious. What I want to say here is that if you are in a hurry, do it right away, you don’t need to pickle it, it’s just a bit worse

After marinating the chicken wings, pour out the soup and put them together with potato and oyster mushrooms

Add 1 scoop of sugar, add 20ml of dark soy sauce
