Microwave Chicken Wings

Soak chicken wings in clean water for at least 1 hour, change the water halfway

Cut 2 slices diagonally on the front and back of the soaked chicken wings

Add shredded onion and sliced ginger

Add red wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Grab the ingredients with your hands, let the chicken wings color and taste, and marinate for 2 hours (the amount of red wine should be larger)

Put the marinated chicken wings in a special microwave box

The honey is hydrated

Brush the chicken wings with honey water

Cover the lid (the lid must have vents), put it in the microwave on high heat for 7 minutes, turn it over and ding-dong for 7 minutes.
Tips:
When choosing a microwave oven box, be sure to use a vented box, otherwise it will burst. Don't put sugar and chicken essence when marinating, as it will be mushy when microwaved.
