Microwave Roasted Eggplant

Wash the eggplant

Cut it in half, don't cut it. Put the vertical knife on it and then turn the diagonal knife. Oil on top

Put it in the oven for three minutes and take it out

Bake it and take it out.

Prepare garlic juice. Put diced green onion, garlic and red pepper in it, then put a teaspoon of oyster sauce light soy sauce, salt and sugar

Brush the prepared juice on the eggplant and apply some cooking oil

Put it in the oven and bake for three minutes

The test is finished.
Tips:
Never put the eggplant directly in the oven, it will explode.
