Midea Electric Oven#roasted Tofu

Cover the baking tray with greased paper, cut the old tofu into 1cm thick slices, and place them neatly on the greased paper.

Put 20g of water in a bowl, add light soy sauce, salt, oil, sugar, five-spice powder, chili powder, cumin powder, and oyster sauce and stir to form a sauce.

Brush the surface of the tofu evenly with the sauce.

Put it in the middle and lower level of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. When roasting halfway, brush the sauce on the reverse side and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
5.
Take out the roasted tofu and sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili powder for more flavor.
