Minced Garlic Scallion Cake

1. Put flour, warm water and yeast in the bread machine

2. After mixing for a while, add a little bit of lard

3. Mix the flour into a smooth dough and let it sit for about 40 minutes

4. Prepare other ingredients when the dough is fermented

5. Scallions, garlic, salt, five spice powder, put together

6. Add lard

7. Mix well and set aside

8. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and let stand for 10 minutes

9. Roll out each portion of dough on thin slices and spread onion and garlic oil

10. Roll up

11. Rolled into strips
