For no reason, I like to eat beans, cowpeas, kidney beans, lentils, snow peas and other favorites since I was young. The most common practice of local kidney beans is hand-rolled noodles with clams and kidney beans, which is a favorite of the family. And I prefer fried food, the minced meat and kidney beans are delicious and served with rice.

Minced Kidney Beans

1. Prepare all the main ingredients.

2. Chop the pork into minced meat, add light soy sauce, a little pepper and a teaspoon of broth, stir well and marinate for 5 minutes.

3. Put peanut oil in the pot, add the minced pork and stir fry. When the pork is discolored, add the ginger, garlic slices, and dried red pepper.

4. Add the kidney beans cut into small pieces and stir-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.

5. Add a small bowl of water, cover the pot and cook for a few minutes on high heat.

6. When the soup is thick, add salt and light soy sauce, and collect the juice over high heat.

Tips:

Kidney beans must be thoroughly cooked before eating to avoid food poisoning.
