Minced Meat and Taro Shreds
1.
Peel the taro and wash it well.
2.
Cut the taro into thin slices.
3.
Then cut the thin slices into filaments.
4.
Arrange the cut taro shreds neatly on the plate.
5.
Put it in a steamer and it will be cooked in about 12 minutes.
6.
While steaming the taro, prepare minced meat, a small piece of pork, chop into minced meat.
7.
Add soy sauce and salt to the minced meat and stir well.
8.
Put the oil in the pot, add the minced meat after the oil is hot, add the dark soy sauce after the minced meat changes color, stir well, add a small bowl of cold water, turn off the heat when the water is boiled. Water is added to prevent the minced meat from being too dry and to allow the meat juice to penetrate into the taro to make it taste better.
9.
Place the fried minced meat evenly on the taro shreds. As soon as the dishes are on the table, the babies can’t wait to stretch out their spoons, hahaha.
