Minced Meat and Vegetable Shaomai

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and goji berries in warm water in advance.

Dice mushrooms and carrots, chop the minced meat, add ginger and chopped green onions. Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken powder, and sesame oil; mix the light soy sauce and oyster sauce and marinate for a while.
