Minced Meat Mixed with Bitter Chrysanthemum

Prepare bitter chrysanthemum, pork, peanuts, safflower seed oil, salt, shallots, light soy sauce, and vinegar (forgot to pat the ginger).

Add 20 grams of safflower seed oil to the wok cold pan

Add 50 grams of peanuts and stir-fry over low heat. Set aside.

Kuju cut off the bottom with a knife and then rinsed with water to control the moisture for later use.

Mince pork, mince shallot, mince ginger, and cut bitter chrysanthemum into three sections.

Heat up a wok and add 20 grams of safflower seed oil

Then add minced pork and stir fry

When the minced pork changes color, add the minced ginger to the pan

Add 25 grams of light soy sauce

Add 20 grams of aged vinegar

Then add 2 grams of salt

Finally, add 30ml of water and boil on low heat for 2 minutes

Turn off the heat and add half of the chopped green onions, mix well

Put the chopped bitter chrysanthemum in a pot and then add the stir-fried peanuts

Tips:
1 Stir-fried peanuts in a cold pan is not easy to batter
Add the minced shallots twice in 2 to make the minced meat and the final product have the fragrance of shallots.
