Mini Pot Helmet

Add 1 gram of yeast powder and 10 grams of white sugar to 15ML warm water until the sugar is completely dissolved

Add 1 gram of baking powder to 100 grams of flour, mix well, then add fermented water and stir

Add water in portions and stir to form a snowflake shape and form a smooth dough. Cover with cloth for 15 minutes

Dice pork, carrots, dried tofu, and onions separately, and peel off fruit corn. Marinate the diced pork with salt, light soy sauce and pepper for 10 minutes

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pork cubes and stir-fry until golden brown
