Missing My Childhood-starchy Sticky Crab

All materials, the crab is cleaned with a brush

The crab is chopped in half into pieces, and the cut side is coated with starch

Put oil in the pan to heat up, add the starchy side and fry until the crabs are solidified

Then add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry

Since there is no cooking wine at home, I use vinegar instead, and stir-fry in vinegar.

Pour in some soy sauce and stir-fry

Pour in some salt and fry until delicious

Finally, add some water and spring onions and cook until the juice is collected.
Tips:
You can also replace the vinegar with cooking wine. If you don’t like starch, you can also use the sticky egg liquid
