Mix Three Silk

Shred the dried bean curd.

Wash and shred carrots.
3.
Wash the celery and remove the tendons with a wiper.
4.
Cut into shreds and mince garlic.

Tips:
The celery tendons are removed and shredded for better taste. It’s okay not to go.
