Mix Three Silk

Take dried kelp.

Soak the kelp with boiling water, and the vermicelli with warm water.

Wash the seaweed after soaking (wash it several times if there is mud) and shred it.

After the vermicelli is soaked, cut it short, shred the carrots, and blanch the kelp (add some vinegar when the kelp is blanched)! Too cold water after blanching! Take it out to control the water.

Mix together after controlling the water.

Add garlic, rice pepper, and all the seasonings, pour sesame oil into the pot and heat up the rice pepper! Mix well!
