Mixed Fern Root Powder
1.
Ingredients: fern root powder.
2.
Soak fern root powder in cold water. I used it for a long time, it started to bubble up early, there are four hours (this makes it easier to cook).
3.
Turn on the fire, boil water in the pot, add fern root powder and cook, pick up a fern root powder and pinch it with your fingers, and it is almost ready. Turn off the fire.
4.
Remove the fern root powder and remove it after cooling water.
5.
Smash the garlic into minced garlic and wash the coriander.
6.
Chopped coriander.
7.
Put fern root powder, minced garlic, and chopped coriander in a mixing bowl. Season with salt, light soy sauce, vinegar and monosodium glutamate, and mix well.
8.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with small red peppers cut with an oblique knife to garnish.
Tips:
The fern root powder is soaked for a long time, and then boiled in water can reduce the time. When heating, use chopsticks to keep stirring to prevent sticking to the pan.
