The most homely ingredient of green peppers, I have loved eating sweet and sour green peppers made by my mother since I was a child. Although there is no meat, it feels better than meat. I can eat more bowls of rice every time. !

Mother's Taste is An Artifact...sweet and Sour Green Peppers

1. Remove the seeds of the green pepper, wash and cut in half.

2. Heat oil in a pot and fry the green peppers until the skin is slightly yellow.

3. Add soy sauce and sugar

4. Add proper amount of vinegar and water

5. Add minced garlic

6. Cover medium heat and cook for 15 minutes

7. Finally, add a little salt chicken essence, pour in water and starch to thicken the pot.

Tips:

Fry the green peppers for a while before cooking. The burnt tastes better.
You can control the sweet and sour, and add it with your own taste.
