Mushroom and Egg Pork Soup

Prepare the ingredients

Wash and tear the oyster mushrooms, beat the eggs, wash and shred the pork, add cooking wine, starch, light soy sauce and marinate for a while

Pour the oyster mushrooms into the inner pot of the rice cooker and add 550g of water

Put the inner pot into the rice cooker

Close the lid and choose the firewood rice program

When it cooks for about 15 minutes, pour it into the egg liquid and spread it out with chopsticks

Pour into the marinated shredded pork, close the lid and cook for another 3 minutes
8.
Open the lid and add the salt to it, boil it again and it's ready
Tips:
1. The meat will be more tender when marinated with starch and cooking wine.
2. After the water in the rice cooker is boiled, add the egg liquid to it.
