Mushroom Bacon Rice

Preparation materials: 250 grams of rice, 100 grams of bacon, 50 grams of shiitake mushrooms, 50 grams of pocket mushrooms, garlic and green garlic. (Mushrooms can be adjusted at will, this amount is almost two people)

Soak the bacon in water for about 15 minutes, wash and cut into cubes

After the mushrooms are blanched in cold water, squeeze dry and set aside

Saute the minced garlic in a frying pan, add the bacon and fry until the color changes

Continue to pour the mushrooms, add all the seasonings and stir well

Soak the rice for more than 2 hours in advance (must be soaked in advance to make it easy to cook)
