Mushroom Chicken Wonton

Add the flour and water to form a moderately hard dough, wake up for a few minutes.

Chop chicken and mushrooms into puree, add chopped green onions, add salt, pepper, ginger powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and stir well.

Roll the dough into thin slices.

Then cut the noodles into diamond-shaped pieces.

Put fillings on the dough and wrap it into wontons.

After the soup is boiling, pour sesame oil, remove the wontons, and put them in the soup.
