Mushroom Rape

Ingredients: small shiitake mushrooms, rape

Wash the rapeseed and cut across the roots

Minced garlic

Put the processed rapeseed in boiling water for blanching, add a teaspoon of salt and a few drops of cooking oil when blanching the water.

Blanch the water and remove it for presentation.

Put cooking oil in the pot, add minced garlic and saute.

After sauteing, put the mushrooms in a low heat and stir-fry the mushrooms to produce moisture

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and some water to a boil, then change to low heat and simmer for a few minutes

Stew until the mushrooms are delicious and thicken with water starch
10.
Stir-fry the thick gorgon sauce and turn off the heat
11.
Place the shiitake mushrooms on the previously fried rapeseed and just add the soup.
Tips:
The shiitake mushrooms will be more delicious when they are stir-fried on a low heat to get the water vapor and then simmered.
