Muxu meat belongs to Shandong cuisine. It is fried with pork slices, eggs, cucumber and fungus. The fried eggs are yellow and broken like osmanthus. Osmanthus is also called muxu, so it is called muxu. But now everyone calls this dish Mushu meat, so it's just that.
