Muxu meat belongs to Shandong cuisine. It is fried with pork slices, eggs, cucumber and fungus. The fried eggs are yellow and broken like osmanthus. Osmanthus is also called muxu, so it is called muxu. But now everyone calls this dish Mushu meat, so it's just that. It seems that there are not many people who know Muxiu meat, including me, that is just now popular science.
This dish is nutritious and delicious, and it is a quick dish.

Mushu Meat

1. Cut the cucumber obliquely into sections, then stand up and slice it, which becomes a beautiful diamond-shaped slice.

2. Prepare the onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

3. Clean the fungus soaked hair and pick it into small flowers.

4. Thinly slice the pork and set aside.

5. Put the pork slices in a small bowl, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, green onion, ginger, starch and a little egg white.

6. Add some salt and green onions to the remaining eggs and beat them in a bowl for later use.

7. Pour oil in the pot, use a little more oil, and heat the egg liquid.

8. The egg liquid swells when exposed to hot oil, and then it will be served after two quick frying.

9. Re-start the oil pan, heat the oil and reduce the flavorful meat slices.

10. Slip-fried and stir-fried are ready for use.

11. From the oil pan for the third time, let the cucumber, fungus and garlic under the oil temperature, stir fry to change the color and add salt to taste.

12. Pour the fried meat slices back into the pot and stir-fry them evenly.

13. Finally, pour the eggs back into the pot, stir-fry them evenly, and then get out of the pot.

Tips:

1. Meat, eggs, and vegetables must be fried separately in the pot, and mixed well at the end to have a good taste.
2. Use hot oil for scrambled eggs, so that the eggs will leave and taste good.
3. The fungus is easy to fry, so the fire should not be too high. If the cucumber is fried for too long, the crispness will be lost.
