Mustard with Enoki Mushrooms

Wash enoki mushrooms.

Wash the green onions and cut the chopped green onions, mince the garlic, and cut the mustard into small pieces.

Boil enoki mushrooms with boiling water.

Pour chopped green onion, garlic and mustard on top of enoki mushroom.
5.
Add one spoonful of chili oil, two spoons of soy sauce, two spoons of white vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of MSG, and mix well.
