Mustard with Konjac
1.
Cut the konjac into small long strips for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil, add the konjac strips and cook for five minutes.

The mustard is ready.

Remove the boiled konjac, drain and put on a plate, add a little salt, some light soy sauce, and sesame oil, then add some mustard greens.

Tips:
Pickled mustard tuber contains salt, just add a little salt when mixing vegetables!
