My Favorite Bite is Delicious: Loofah Broth

8 points lean and 2 points fat pork slices; marinate for a while with light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, water starch, and vegetable oil;

Peel the loofah, wash and slice;

Pour water or stock in a saucepan; add the smashed ginger, spring onion, peppercorns, and salt to a boil;

Put the meat slices one by one into the cooking pot with chopsticks, do not stick together, and do not stir the soup in the pot;

Add all the meat slices and cook until the meat slices are 9 minutes cooked;

Put in loofah slices;

Tips:
1. Loofah can be replaced with other vegetables, such as cucumber, wax gourd, white radish, mushrooms, etc.;
2. Meat slices with a little fat, taste better;
3. According to personal taste, add chicken essence before starting the pot;
