Net Red Lemon Chicken Feet
1.
Wash chicken feet and cut off your nails.
2.
Put the chicken feet, green onion knots, and ginger slices in cold water in a boiling pot. After the water is boiled, continue to cook for 7-8 minutes.
3.
Cut the millet pepper into small sections, and slice the garlic and ginger for later use.
4.
Cut the lemon into slices and remove the seeds for later use.
5.
Chop coriander and shallots and set aside.
6.
Take the cooked chicken feet out and put them under the tap, rinse them with running cold water, soak them in ice water for a while (just put them in cold water if there is no ice water), then cut them in half or cut them into smaller pieces for easy taste.
7.
Pour Zhenjiang vinegar into a large bowl, add light soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, garlic slices, ginger slices, millet pepper, coriander, and shallots and stir well. (You can taste it yourself and adjust it appropriately. I can’t eat spicy ones, so put less millet peppers, and put more spicy peppers to taste better)
8.
Put the chicken feet in a large container, add lemon slices, pour in the mixed marinade, mix well, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours before it can be eaten. The taste is very good, sour and spicy of.
Tips:
I don’t have any other vinegar in my house, I just use balsamic vinegar, which can be replaced with rice vinegar.
