Wash the glutinous rice first, then soak it in water for one hour.

Soak the casings in water.

Soak the black rice in water.

Pour the thickened black rice water into the filtered glutinous rice.

Soak it for 2 hours to allow the rice grains to absorb the red juice, and the soaked rice filters out the water.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add the soaked glutinous rice.

Add salt.

Add five-spice powder.

Add soy sauce.

Put in MSG and serve out.

Put the soaked casing on the funnel (my enema is at my mother's, so I have this instead), put the fried glutinous rice into the funnel, and use chopsticks to push it into the casing, slowly.

Knot the enema with a string about 15cm each, leaving a proper amount of space, otherwise it will swell and burst when steaming.

Use a toothpick to insert a few holes in the intestines and steam on a drawer for 30 minutes.
Tips:
1 The time for soaking glutinous rice varies according to the weather. It takes one hour in summer and longer in winter.
2 If there is no enema or funnel, you can cut off the tip of the beverage bottle and use it.
3 Use chopsticks to push the casing into the enema slowly.
4 Don't fill the casing too full, it will split during steaming.
5 The piercing of the casing can expel the air filled in during the enema.
