Regarding Spicy Tiao-can it be regarded as a "national snack", maybe children nowadays have more feelings. The big brothers and sisters who are born in the 80s like me are occasionally obsessed with it.

Ingredients

Newly Cooked Fried Rice-flavored Spicy Fried Rice

1. Prepare the required ingredients, just use quick-frozen green beans and corn, and new rice leftovers are OK

2. Onion ham spicy strips all diced

3. Pour oil in the pan, add diced onions and stir fry over low heat

4. Add diced ham and stir fry over medium heat until slightly charred

5. Add rice and continue to stir fry

6. Pour in the green beans and corn, continue to stir fry, crush the rice with a frying spoon, don’t clump

7. Finally add the spicy strips and continue to stir fry

8. Add chili noodles and control the amount freely according to your own spicy level

9. Add cumin powder

10. Finally add light soy sauce, don’t pour too much

11. Taste the saltiness before serving. If you think it is light, add a little more salt. If the mouth is light, don’t add it.

12. The taste is superb, even the cooking is saved

Tips:

When frying onions, it must be low fire to prevent frying; green beans and corn can also be boiled in water in advance to make it easier to rot; you can put a few more spicy strips, and you can do it according to your preference.
