Non-traditional Griddle Spicy Chicken

Chop the cleaned chickens into suitable size pieces, put cold water into the pot, blanch the blood water, take it out and rinse with running water to clean the foam

Put the pot on high heat and steam for 15 minutes. After steaming, cut dried chili, shredded ginger, peeled garlic seeds, and sliced green onions.

Heat the oil in the pot, heat it to 60% heat, add the steamed chicken nuggets and stir fry (after the chicken is steamed, there will be some soup in the pot, save it and don’t pour it in)

After stirring for two or three minutes, add dried chili, ginger and garlic seeds and continue to stir fry together

Season with salt, soy sauce and a little light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, pour in the remaining soup and simmer for a minute

Transfer to a dry pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds, drizzle with sesame oil, lightly wax, and eat while burning.
