Noodles with Alfalfa Meat Sauce

Ingredients: hand-rolled noodles, alfalfa, pork belly, garlic, shallots

Cut pork belly into small cubes, finely chop green onion and garlic

Put the hand-rolled noodles into a pot of boiling water, cook and remove to cool for later use

Boil the alfalfa with boiling water and remove cold water for later use

Add cooking oil to the pot, add diced pork belly and stir fry

Tips:
1. Alfalfa should be blanched with boiling water before eating.
