Noodles with Mushroom Sauce

1. Soak the mushrooms in water one hour in advance, squeeze the water and cut into cubes.

2. Peel and shred winter melon.

3. Chop the pork into minced meat, add a little cooking wine, a little salt and a spoonful of soy sauce to marinate for the taste.

4. Blanch the shredded wax gourd with water, pick up and set aside.
