1. Slice garlic, peel and cut potatoes, cut green peppers and tomatoes

2. Pour oil in the pot, add garlic slices, potatoes, and sauté on high heat

3. Add oyster sauce to the pot and stir fry evenly
4.
4. Add water and stir evenly, simmer on low heat until the juice is collected
5.
5. Pour the eggplant into the pot and stir fry evenly
6.
6. Pour in green peppers, tomatoes, corn, salt and stir fry until the food is soft and ready to eat
