Northeastern Pork Fried Noodles

Buyers can roll the noodles, either wide or thin.

Cut the lean meat into shreds and marinate it with cooking wine, salt and starch for preparation. (The picture was taken when it was not marinated)

Cut the onion, cabbage, chives, Hangzhou pepper, small red hot pepper, ginger, garlic and set aside.

Boil the water in a pot, add the noodles to a boil after boiling.

Remove the noodles, rinse with cold water, and serve on a plate for later use.

Put the oil in the hot pan, add the shredded pork after the oil is hot, and quickly remove the oil. Then use the remaining oil in the pan to fry the pepper, hang pepper, small red hot pepper, ginger garlic, onion, cabbage, and noodles for a few times. Soy sauce, stir-fry well, put in the shredded pork and green onion, and finally sprinkle a little chicken essence and MSG.
