Nourishing Black Chicken Yam Soup

Prepare the ingredients. Black-bone chicken, yam, red dates, medlar, green onion and ginger.

Tips:
You don't need too much seasoning to make chicken soup, just remove the meaty smell, too much will easily destroy the original taste of the chicken soup! I boiled it for 3 hours, the higher the nutritional value of the soup is full, and the black-bone chicken is squeezed out, haha! Drink it!
