Oil-free Spicy Crispy Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, add minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, sugar, black pepper, crushed chili, cooking wine, light soy sauce, seasonings according to personal taste, adjust appropriately, and marinate for one hour.
