One Bite Down and Full of Fragrant Teeth-mint Mixed Tofu
1.
Put the tofu in a pot and steam for half an hour to remove the beany taste, then let cool.
2.
Rinse the mint in water and control the moisture.
3.
Cut a few mint stalks into minced pieces, pat the garlic into garlic paste, and cut small red peppers into circles for later use.
4.
Spread a layer of mint on the bottom of the plate, cut the tofu into slices and place it on the plate.
5.
Take a small bowl, add chopped mint, garlic, red pepper, soy sauce, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper oil, sesame oil and a spoonful of cold boil to make a flavored sauce.
6.
Just pour the mixed sauce on the tofu. (It's delicious mixed with mint and flavored juice. A bite of mint will leave you fragrant.)
Tips:
Because peppermint has the effect of inhibiting milk secretion, women who are breastfeeding should not use it more; and because of the fragrance of peppermint, patients with lung deficiency, cough, yin deficiency, fever and sweating should also be used with caution.
